Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Door Knock Pro services, including our SMS/text messaging program (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, or by consenting to receive text messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Messaging Program

Door Knock Pro provides an SMS messaging program on behalf of our customer companies to deliver transactional and conversational messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups from field representatives, service notifications, and replies to your inquiries.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from Door Knock Pro on behalf of the relevant company. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide.

3. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Door Knock Pro and your carrier are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Do not provide a phone number that you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Door Knock Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
